I had a unique opportunity to work on a number of interesting projects for Baťa, Czech Republic's best known shoe producer and retail store network. My roles ranged from art director to video producer. The 'Zanech Ceskou Stopu' campaign was focused on Bata's role as a traditional, locally based company, so it only made sense to reach for classic Slavic patterns as inspiration. It was all about utilising the company's established imagery in an abstract, kaleidoscope style evoking associations with rural patterns of Czech Republic set against material from a photoshoot with two models in different stylisations. I was responsible for the concept, set direction, video editing and post-production.
